i’ve been meaning to post something nice and interesting about my life on here in a while but the problem is, my life is pretty boring. haven’t had any serious juicy fun in a while.. just school and school and more school. 

The people in my life always manage to make it fun and interesting but i don’t think you guys just want to read me going on and on about how awesome my friends are and how cute Kevin is when he’s sleeping so i need you guys to tell me exactly what you want to read 

I’m kinda writing a short story for the baobab Golden writer competition and i’m hoping i win.. or at least get mentioned as a good writer or something *fingers crossed* whatever happens i’ll put the story on here. or if it’s too long, just a blurb  and then you can drop your email address in my ask box and i’ll send it to you if you’re interested.

what else? i registered for a cryptography course this summer and i’m reading “The Code book” by Simon Singh for it but turns out it’s actually a pretty good read. this course will be

i also sent my name in for a robotics mentorship workshop in August and i haven’t heard back yet but i’m praying and hoping i get picked *toes crossed this time* lool. it’s about helping High School kids with robotics and stuff. promises to be lots of fun and lots of hardwork too .. 

yeah so like i ‘said’ early on in this post.. please let me know what you want me to write abt. just drop a question or topic or something in my ask box and i’ll get to it.. cool

so yeah that’s what’s happening this summer…

so i’m here listening to people talk about blogging in Ghana and blogging in general„ everyone here is either tapping away at their keyboard or peering at phone or laptop screens. and i’m wondering.. why wasn;t this an online thing?? since all the people here are online anyway.. i’m here on twitter, facebook, tumblr, Google+ and numerous other websites.. all at the same time.. i can hear the tweetdeck notification sound in the distance.. anyway.. all i’m saying or typing here is.. everybody here is a social media addict. #darisall

so today i broke a little piece of my heart off.

not a very big chunk, just enough

and i gave it to someone to hold for a bit.

he didn’t break it….

i think he should keep it.
